Buffalo David Bitton flare jeans size 28

Buffalo David Bitton Miami-X flare jeans in dark wash with fading There are a couple of flaws otherwise these jeans have hardly been worn. Flaws are shown in the last two pictures: seam is coming undone but can be easily fixed and there are a few yellow stains on the left leg not very noticeable, please see pictures Size shows 28 they seem to be smaller than a 28, more like a 26 based on measurements All offers welcome!
