Buffalo David Bitton embroidered one-shoulder top

I bought this at Dillards and only wore it once. It can be worn with the tie around the neck (pic#2), or tied to the side (pic #1). It is really cute with a pair of shorts or jeans. I got many compliments when I wore it. In perfect condition!
