This blouse is semi sheer, has rusching around the breast area and has elastic around the sleeve cuff creating a slight puff sleeve design. Tassles on front have green beads on the end, shown in picture. The bottom hem is flowy, almost like a baby doll style blouse. Very lightweight! Armpit to armpit measures 12 inches and shoulder to hem measures 23 inches and sleeves shoulder to cuff measures around 10 inches.
