This is wrapped with the instructions on the outside. This is 8 1/4" around, 14 1/4" tall. There is no smell, and the inside looks clean, which is what makes me think it has not been used. It may have possibly been unwrapped/opened before, I'm not sure if the wrap is from the factory or not, but the instructions are wrapped to the unit itself. Comes in the condition shown.
