You are looking at a genuine silver tone buckle with Mexico and USA flags. Buckle measures 3"1 wide X 2"3 high. The leather belt is size 34 and measures 38"2 long with 31"5 on first perforation from buckle and 34"5 on last perforation from buckle and belt is 1"6 wide. The overall condition of this belt is good and there are a few light scuffs with with black leather stitching, Kelley name and is made on USA. The buckle is made by Buckles of America.
