Buckle techwear skirt

This army/olive green skirt, features a black zipper up the front that has a silver hook and eye closure as well, elastic waistband, and three buckles on both sides that can be adjusted. The inside is lined with jersey fabric. 100% nylon, hand wash, cold. The waistband stretches a lot, however, the hips don't have that much stretch and unfortunately mine are too wide, even with adjusting the buckles. Tagged as a large, but fits more like medium.
