Buckle embellished jacket

This is A very feminine lightweight jacket with velvet detail and e borders front. Both the cuffs and the waistband have velvet detail so everywhere that touches you is delicately soft. It has a gold striped inner linen fabric with hook and eye closures up the front. Absolutely adorable and it's new with the tag.
