Buckle - cute B&W dress, perfect for summer.

Dress it up or dress it down. Wear it into warmer months with boots and a jacket. No need for a strapless bra! Measurements: Armpit to armpit 17" Top of shoulder to bottom hem 33" Waist is 15" Belt comes with the dress! Please note!!! Zipper is stuck at 6" to bottom Zipper total length is 18", so that gives 12" that are zipped open. I did not have a problem getting this over my head. Stepping into it would be problematic.
