Bucherer Old Swiss 17 Jewels Wind Cuff Watch.  Used condition and working. Hinged cuff,  I would say maybe made for a 6 inch wrist.  Fits on a 7 inch wrist but bracelet doesn’t close all the way.  Used condition, case shows some wear, crystal has a few blemishes, review pictures.  Watch runs more than a day and 1/2 on a full wind, BUT over that time gains 3 to 4 minutes in time, speeds up.
