Bubble skirt sundress

This darling bubble skirt sundress is so comfy and pretty! Has spaghetti straps is size 13. It fits me but it will fit someone larger than me easily due to the elastic around the back and under the bust is very roomy on me. 18 1/2 in armpit to armpit approximately 30 and 1/2 in Long.
