Btween Size:3T Tulle Skirt Dress with Red Sequin Heart

Fun little heart dress sequins and stripes on top and ruffled tulle tiered skirt on bottom. Sweet cap sleeves and embroidery around neckline. Red sequins on bodice are soft. Ombré Tulle skirt is lined. Pink layer of tulle has a slight “pull” in back. Not terribly noticeable when wearing thanks to the design and tulle. K1
