🔥"B.smart" black and neon pink dress

Cute neon pink and black dress! The material is stretchy but waist band is not! I bought this and wore it once for a New Years party! It says it is a 5 on the tag. I usually buy mediums so it's probably on the small side of medium! So let's consider this a shmedium.
