How is it charge and how do you know when it’s panels are charged

@adriel_mcnair To know if it's working you need to check the light or bar of the electronics you are charging. This product can also be tested with a volt meter. This product does not have a battery pack so it cannot store any power itself, once it's packed up nothing is saved.
