Brown/cognac leather boots

Make me a reasonable offer! Euro 40/size 9. New without tags. These boots have never been worn, but have a few scuffs in the leather from storing them. They are all leather cognac/camel leather color. I would say they are a standard fit. However, they do have the option to expand them a bit by opening the buckles however, I’m not able to properly provide the dimensions. See tape measurement photo for outside calf dimension of shaft.
