Brown/Cream Beaded Short Necklace/Choker- Mother of Pearl Pendant

My sister-in-law bought this for herself, and it was expensive. While it is just a beaded necklace, it is super well-made, and the beads are gorgeous. Not sure what they all are but the big round pendant appears to be some kind of mother of pearl coated/shell type material? The structure to this necklace is silver metal wire, findings and spacers. The clasp is a gorgeous vintage looking heart shape with a bar. The two shorter strands measure JUST over 15" total length, including the clasp (see photos). The third strand with the pendant is slightly longer. I have never worn it, and I imagine my sister-in-law probably wore it once. The ONLY area I can see some possible wear (I might be making this up) is on the wire holding the pendant on... there may be some microscopic (rust? wear? slight corrosion or something?)... Otherwise, it is just about perfect as I can make out. It looks super pretty on the display, but please remember that it is a 15" neck... (I think that's tiny, but I'm overweight!!??) :-)
