songchristine @mariaadela4 Hi Maria, which part fell? There is only essentially a detachable strap from the purse. The purse was also sent to Poshmark where they checked the authenticity and saw the condition of the bag - it was in amazing condition when I mailed the bag so I’m a bit confused what happened

mariabello956 @songchristine well I wish I could enclose a picture but the part that closes the bag was not well attached and I can show it in the picture and it broke as soon as she closed it. I can send it back to poshmark but seems they do not allow it? Tell me how to work this out?
