Brown short adjustable necklace with square pendant brown/ivory, Italy

Cool and unique Italian necklace in brown cotton straps with adjustable chain closure and pendant( I think is mother of pearl) square 2.1”. Used but in excellent condition, please see pics to determine condition. Made in Italy.
