Back panel slides over luggage handle. Great for air or other travels! Bag measures approximately 15 inches tall by 18 inches wide by 6 inches deep. The padded compartment for laptops, etc., measures approximately 14 inches tall, by 11.5-12 inches wide and 2 inches deep with flap velcro-closed. Laptops longer than 14 inches tall would still fit in the padded slot if you left the velcro flap open (or tucked into the padded compartment). Smoke, perfume and pet-free household.
