Brown and ivory polka dot empire waist blouse

Lovely silky blouse with cap sleeves, empire waist and attached sash that ties in the back. Size large. One small flaw on back, see photos, otherwise in great shape. Just in time for spring! Flat measurements pit to pit 18”, waist just under bust 16 1/2”, hips 18”. Length from shoulder to hem 28”, V neck is 8 1/2” deep from top seam to point. ******* Ok I’ve had too many things languishing around my house not selling for too long. My goal is to clear out my house this year and these items are the first to go. If this item does not sell in the next two weeks it will be donated.
