Brown and cream gingham dagger collared zipper mini dress

Brown and cream gingham dagger collared zipper mini dress. Vintage, 70's style. Brand is Patty. Has fake zipper pockets as well for decoration. No marked size tag but I'd say maybe an XS? I'm not exactly sure. I usually wear a medium and it was way too small for me. Please check measurements listed below to make sure it fits the way you'd like. The hips are only 31 inches so it might be a 2 in women's. Flaw: the inside was resized from previous owner to current size and the stitching at zipper was redone. There’s tiny knicks throughout. I also showed the inside of the dress and it's not a flaw but it does have facing fabric a the fake pockets. Pit to pit is 15.5 inches (31 inches), waist is 13.5 inches (27 inches), hips are 15.5 inches (31 inches) And it is 32 inches long. Please compare measurements to your own to make sure it fits. Used item, has been washed.
