Brown and White Polkadot Knee-Length Halter Dress

Fantastic summer dress! Halter tie neck can adjust for support/tops of all sizes, and fabric has a light stretch all over for comfort, but feels like cotton. Light discoloration around neckline/underarms and on one of the halter ties as photographed. Would not be noticeable being worn.
