Brown Velvet Beret Hat

"Limited quantity" Brown rayon velvet, lined in black taffeta,the top of the hat has 6 section crown and has a elastic band inside. This hat is one size fits all and will fit 21" - 22" head size. All of Bella Starr hats are made and designed from my original drafted patterns. Tip: If your hat is to big add double sided padded sticky tape to the inside of the band.
