dcoffman2688 @kavon18 Hi!!! Sorry for the delay!!! The measurements of the skirt are 17" across the waist and 27 3/4" is the length of the skirt. Both measurements were taken while the skirt was laying flat. I hope this helps.

dcoffman2688 @kavon18 No. It has a hook and eye closure with a 10 1/2" zipper. The back also has a kick pleat opening. The skirt is fully lined also.

dcoffman2688 @kavon18 That maybe the lightning in the picture. It is a dark brown. The tag calls the color Deep Chocolate. The belt is a combination of shades of brown and black with brassy gold hardware.
