Excellent Condition on these great casual pants Size 18W. They are made of 100% Polyester cloth. Wash & wear. No pockets. There is a brand name sewn to the center back: "Monterey Canyon". No frayed stitching or bad places. 3/4 elastic waist with a lot of stretch. Completely machine washable & dryable. Very comfortable.
