Brown Leather Flip Flop from Uganda Size 8

Unique brown leather flip flop sandal. Bought these while I was in Uganda a few years ago. I’m usually a size 8 and they fit me. The size on the shoe says 39 but they are definitely not the equivalent of a size 9.
