Brown Kawaii Skirt Japan Lolita

Super cute pastel brown skirt I bought from japan! Rew de Rew brand :) This is way too small for me!! I’m a 28-29 and I couldn’t zip it up. This would definitely fit way smaller... like a 25-26”? I included a measurement in the pics
