Brown Heavy Ribbed Stoneware Dish/Plant Tray/Plant Pot?

This 2 tone brown dish is in excellent rugged condition. No cracks, one or two very minimal chips or rough areas on rim. They may actually just be from manufacturer flaw. It has ribbed sides, no discernible markings that identify the source. 6 1/4" Diameter 3" High Weight: 2# 0.2 oz. In searching online to find out what this was, I found someone with basically the same item for sale and same experience in finding more "stuff" to pass on via Posh: "Found in garden shed, I'd forgotten about all my "plant stuff". This is for baking but I obviously had used it for a planter even though there are no drainage holes. The inside and sides cleaned up well but the bottom has some stains that look like rust, possibly from being in the shed.  Please see photos." LOL. I could have written that, but didn't! This probably was a ramekin, but probably should live on as a plant pot or tray for a similar type pot. Probably has many other possible uses. Throw change in it. (Does anyone use change anymore?)
