Brown 1/2 moon circle purse

Brown half moon circle purse. No name inside, made in China. Vinyl and slight decay along bottom edges, but still has life in it, 16” wide point to point and 7” high, 2.5 deep. Handle drop is 8”. I have a cat without access to bag, and smoker who can’t smoke in house, due to my asthma.
