Brooks royal blue full zip track jacket - Nordic?

Medium royal blue full zip track jacket by Brooks. It has a white full zip with zippered side pockets. The "royal" lion on the back side is a nice touch. There is an oil-based stain on the front by the zipper that could come out with the right treatment. This jacket was always worn in casual situations, but it could easily be used on the track or in more performance based situations. The design on the left chest is a nice foil print. I never figured out if this from any specific country???
