Pants waist before stretch 12 in across but can stretch up to 17 tho I wouldn’t wear that stretched. I would say these are true to size - I hope this helps.

@sm763 only the waistband but the material is a crisp cotton (100 % cotton ) so no stretch 😕 If you are a size 0 ish they should work.
