I added pics for you. The insoles are Brooks, are mates and are what came with shoes. I bought shoes from someone who was the first owner. They barely wore because were actually too small.
That is my knowledge on the insoles. The print has rubbed off one, but they are mates as best I can tell.
Soles are in great shape!!

I bought for my daughter who loved them.
They are not new of course, but if looking for a good pair of pre-owned Brooks, these have minimal signs of wear. Insoles are intact, but show the most signs of wear.
Shoes have been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
