sabinamcgiff @peeryathome Hi there I did not know either so I asked a friend who is more familiar with Brooks Shoes. He said High Friction Support Trainers. They are designed more as a walking shoe so they have more support soles to resist the friction when you foot hits the ground. They do have more of a substantial sole compared to the ones I wear. Hope that helps.

sabinamcgiff Hi there sorry for the delay have been under the weather so not checking my em. 2 things to share. I listed the size incorrectly. In the bottom of the shoe it lists 7.5 but on the tongue it says 9 US and 7.5 UK. I have corrected that on the listing and thank you for bringing this to my attention. Also they are a normal size not a wide.
