Unique buttons-only skirt! As pictured, it’s a fold/wrap button skirt. The first layer has 2 buttons that hold it in place, and the outset layer has three buttons that keep it in place. Edit: I discovered a pull and two small holes near the top left of the skirt. As pictured.
