Brooks Brothers S tie from top navy blue

A pretty tie front blouse from brooks brothers in a deep navy color. The front and tie are a flowy material and the back feels like a soft cotton/spandex blend. When worn, the mixed fabrics are not noticeable. I’ve worn this a few times and had to cut out the material tag as it was quite itchy (pictured). Otherwise, this is in like new condition!
