This blouse by Brooks Brothers is done in a pink & white stripe with a double collar and sleeve cuffs, one layer being solid white. It is button-down styling, but the buttons do not go all the way up to the collar, they stop about mid-way on the chest, forming a vee neckline. It is in GUC with tons of wear left in it.
