Any issue any wear or tear anything wrong with it. How many times was it worn and when washing was it put in the dryer or hung? Any signs that it shrunk ?

In terms of wear, the polo still looks aesthetically excellent (no major flaws or anything wrong with it); in terms of washing it was washed in cold water and hang dryed, but the length may have shrunk just a tad; the current measurements are: pit to pit 20in, length 26.5in, and sleeve length 3in.
