Brooks Brothers 100% Italian Merino Sweater Large

Brooks brother large 100% fine Italian Moreno knitted in Italy sweater. Is a dark gray/black almost herringbone pattern with solid black around the collar. Has a small V in the front of the sweater. In good condition. However the bottom cuff of the sweater is rippling as seen in pictures. I’m assuming it was a little overstretched. Also, I’m assuming this is a men’s sweater, but please be sure to take a look at the measurements in the photos to be sure.
