Brooklyn Industries blue tweed miniskirt size 4

Tweed miniskirt with silk lining. Front slant pockets do open but are very shallow and not functional. Size 4, but in my opinion this fits more like a size 2 or 25” waist size. See photos for waist & length dimensions - when the waistband is pulled tautly it is almost exactly 15”. The skirt is cut in a slight A Line shape with the back measuring an inch longer than the front. I included a photo in different lighting, I think the skirt looks darker blue in person than some of the other photos show.
