slsstylz @hamamhrip Hi beautiful. The 1x will fit a 16. There is a lot of stretch because of the spandex. So if you want a fitted fit perfect. If you want a looser fit then I would size up. The model in the pic is wearing a 1x and she is a 14-16. So the 1x shoulder to shoulder is 17in and the 2x is 18 in. Hope that helps
