jbj331 Is this blue or lilac? What is chest measurement?

chelseathrifty @jbj331 I took it out in the sun and the leaf design is a powder blue but the tulle is more lilac. I can take a picture of it outside tomorrow to give you a better idea of the true color. I uploaded the size chart from Bronx and Banco website for the dress and highlighted size 8 for you.
