Bromley Sports winter coat it has red velvety on the outside and it has a smooth interior it has a pull cord on the inside to make it tighter around the waist it does come below your waist area so that it gets closer to your knees and it is a very warm coat it's a size medium and it is red there's pockets on the outside there's not any pockets on the inside though
