Broadstairs collectable spoon Real Hard Gold Plated Uk England Isle Of Thanet

Collector spoon from Broadstairs (a coastal town on the Isle of Thanet in the Thanet district of east Kent, England, about 80 miles (130 km) east of Londo) that it came in is rough and reads on the top real hard gold plated. Could not find any other insignia or etching on the spoon itself. Spoon does have wear due to age. And, again, baggie is rough.
