Broach Hand Painted and Hand Crafted Floral Artist Signed

This broach is kind of a modern folk art piece. It was created out of nothing it seems, but it is so gorgeous. It mimics cloissonne and would look amazing on most blouses, scarves, jackets, coats and hats. It has what I think of as a ladies parlor feel.
