cpolovich Yes, there's a card that comes with every purse with the telephone number and mailing address to the main office in California. If it has been registered, they will clean the purse and repair for lifetime of original owner. If not registered already, I will buy it if you still have the white bag it came in and the registration card

micahrobison @cpolovich I don't know if it had been registered or not. I didn't register it though. I only carrried it a handful of times before putting it in its bag and storing it. I have contacted Brighton to see if it had been registered or if I could get a replacement white card. I don't have it.
