This brighten pin is adorned with three round flower charms, a dangling camera with another dangle that says cheese, a heart disk that dangles and a peace longer dangle with a cut out dove. The actual pin spear part has a couple of dark spots, but no rust and can only be seen when you look closely. It opens and closes easily. The charms are interchangeable if you already have a pin.
