Can you tell me what you mean by Crack in the lining? And please show a photo of the damage. Thank you.

@pocketbooknut the fabric lining had some coffee (likely) spilled into it and forgotten. I turn all the purses inside out to inspect the lining for stains and didn’t see it initially because of the pattern of the lining. When I turned the lining out, the brittleness cracked it. I will try to get a picture of it, but I don’t want to cause it to crack more, because the purse is otherwise in great condition

@glasschick ok. I understand now what you mean. I didn't see how fabric could crack. But with something dried on it I understand. Thank you.

@pocketbooknut thank you for your question 😊
It’s very hard to see- honestly believe it was just a dribble of coffee that she didn’t notice, or she would’ve cleaned it immediately. I’ll post the best photo of it I can get. Super mad at myself because in turning it out I caused the minor damage.. it’s such a cute bag! Fortunately it’s in the far corner at the very bottom of the lining. A simple patch (or a trip back to the Brighton headquarters for reconditioning) will remedy it 😉

@pocketbooknut posted photo with damage circled. It definitely seems to be coffee (tough to see because background of pattern has a tan coloring to the fabric), but you can feel the stiffness in the fabric. It runs from the upper corner edge- ONLY inside the lining- down to the corner, maybe 1/2” w. at the widest. She never noticed it because of the lining pattern, I’m certain, as her bags are typically immaculate. I’ve dropped the price accordingly to account for that.
