cpolovich @sweetie417 Yes, there's a card that comes with every purse with the telephone number and mailing address to the main office in California. If it has been registered, they will clean the purse and repair for lifetime of original owner. If not registered already, I will buy it if you still have the white bag it came in and the registration card. Without the registration card, there is very little value to the bag :(
