I am sure it can be cleaned with tarnex, I was drawn to the black color on the oval buckle disks, I thought they were black onyx! Personally, I like the old silver look. * The leather(?) is good. All holes are intact & no cracking or peeling anywhere. * It has clearly been worn & well loved.
