This top is all one piece! It appears to be a beautiful ruffly floral tank top with a bright yellow 3/4 length open shirt, but it is all attached. cheekychic81 @queenoodle sorry I didnt see this, busy weekend. I was shocked to see they dont list it on the tag, I uploaded a pic of the tag. blank on the back. Material is soft, cottonlike, but I cant be sure as it doesn't say.

cheekychic81 @queenoodle totally understand. it is all one piece though, cant remove the flowered piece. not sure how that would tie dye.
