Bright floral dress

Summery dress with adjustable spaghetti straps and thick band around front that leads to tie around back. Top of dress is ruched and lightly padded while the bottom is pleated below the lime green band. There is a zipper enclosure up the back. The dress is white with lime green, teal, and deep purple florals. Worn once and in great condition!
